Can I purchase Interlocal numbers retail from Access? At this time we provide our services to the wholesale market exclusively. Please click here to see our Interlocal resellers.

Do users need any equipment to use Interlocal? No - We provide you with local Phone Numbers (DIDs) in the cities of your choice. When your number receives a call we deliver it to your switch or to the physical phone number that you have chosen.

Can Interlocal numbers be used to redirect faxes? We do not guarantee that faxing will work using Interlocal

Do Interlocal numbers allow multiple calls at one time? Yes. Each call is redirected to the number you provide.

Can Interlocal numbers from several countries be  redirected to a single phone number?  Yes - this is a common way to create a virtual presence in many countries while utilizing only your current staff and offices.

Do you provide call records showing all calls made to each Interlocal line? Yes. We provide call detail records together with billing each month.

How much does Access charge per minute for forwarded calls? Our competitive prices depend on the contract you have signed with Access. Factors include: method of delivery (delivery to to your switch is most cost effective), volume of minutes, and destination of the calls.

Can Interlocal calls be forwarded to cellular numbers? Yes.

Do callers pay higher rates to call Interlocal numbers? No. You may see other companies offering cheap so-called "personal" or "premium" numbers in some countries. Calling these numbers may cost the  caller more than a local call. All Interlocal numbers we provide are regular local numbers.

Can an Interlocal number in France be called from Germany? Yes. Interlocal numbers we provide are regular local numbers and can be accessed from anywhere in the World.

Can I  call out on my Interlocal number? No. At the present time we support incoming calls only.

Are there volume discounts available? Yes. If you purchase more than 100 numbers significant volume discounts apply.
